Seeing the World as Who We Are
Seeing the world through a lens 📷I also love photography, not just because I wanted to capture the moments. Yes, of course I wanted to capture the beautiful moments, but I have read somewhere that the camera actually gives a perspective of how we can look at the same thing differently.
Learning about Exposure Triangle
I recently learned that there are 3 different things in how a camera captures an image: Aperture, Shutter Speed and ISO. They named it the Exposure Triangle. We can know a lot about this topic on the internet, but the main thing I find interesting is that we can see the same thing differently with a different perspective or lens (not the actual camera lens). We see the world as who we are. We can change the perspective to see the good in bad times and hope when everything is chaos. I think that is our power, to see. And sometimes we don't see by our eyes but by heart.
If you want to learn about the Exposure Triangle, you can read more on What is the Exposure Triangle? on Photography Life.
The best part of photography is you have a camera as a friend that makes you feel like you have a friend. I personally find myself very close to nature and people when I use a camera, and I don't feel the same way using a phone camera. I am not sure if it is my perspective, but when I have a camera in my hand, it feels adventurous.
I have clicked some photographs along the way, and they are over on Aperture if you want to have a look.
